Puyallup Holiday Coffee Crawl: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU ENTER BY VISITING A PARTICIPATING STOP IN PERSON AND CHECKING IN, OR BY MAILING IN A FREE ENTRY (SEE SECTION 4C). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

These Official Rules (the "Rules") cover the prize drawing (the "Drawing") for Puyallup Holiday Coffee Crawl (the "Crawl"). The Crawl is a digital stamp-passport event. Guests visit participating local shops and other stops, and check in at each one to collect stamps and earn entries in the Drawing.

The Crawl is organized by Miracle Studios, Inc. (the "Sponsor"). The digital passport, the check-in system and the Drawing are run by Hometown Crawls, which is operated by Miracle Studios, Inc. ("Hometown Crawls" or the "Administrator").

1. Who can enter (eligibility)

  • The Drawing is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old when they enter.
  • Not eligible:
    • employees and staff of the Sponsor;
    • employees and staff of any participating shop or other participating stop in the Crawl;
    • employees and staff of Hometown Crawls (Miracle Studios, Inc.); and
    • the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and household members of any of the people listed above, whether or not they are related.
  • Organizers can't enter their own Crawl. The Sponsor, and anyone who runs or manages the Crawl for the Sponsor, may not enter the Drawing.
  • The Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Agreement to these Rules

By entering, you agree to these Rules and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree that the decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator about the Drawing are final and binding.

3. When you can enter (Promotion Period)

Check-ins count toward the Drawing from November 1, 2026 at To be announced through December 31, 2026 at To be announced, To be announced (the "Promotion Period"). Check-ins made outside the Promotion Period don't count. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2026 (see Section 4C).

4. How to enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Visiting a stop in person and checking in is the entry. You never have to buy anything to get a stamp or an entry, and a purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Participating shops may not require a purchase before giving you their QR code or counter code.

4A. Checking in at a stop

  1. Open your free digital Hometown Crawls passport for Puyallup Holiday Coffee Crawl (your "Passport") in your phone's web browser.
  2. Visit a participating stop in person. A "Stop" is either a participating shop location or a game stop created by the Sponsor.
  3. While you are at the Stop, check in by scanning the Stop's QR code or entering its counter code.
  4. Take a selfie when prompted. A check-in counts only if it includes a selfie taken at the time of check-in.
    • Your Passport also shows a separate, optional checkbox asking whether your photo may be displayed. This checkbox is optional and has no effect on your entries or your chances of winning. If you leave it unchecked, your check-in still counts in full.

4B. How many entries you get

  • 1 entry for each Stop you check in at. Only one check-in per Stop per person counts. Checking in again at the same Stop does not add entries.
  • Active Stops. An "Active Stop" is a Stop that is shown as active in the Crawl on the day of the Drawing (Monday, January 4, 2027).
  • Completing the Crawl. You "Complete the Crawl" if, during the Promotion Period, you check in at every Stop that is an Active Stop on the day of the Drawing.
  • Completion bonus. If you Complete the Crawl, you get 3 bonus entries on top of your Stop entries.
  • Example: Suppose the Crawl has 8 Active Stops and the completion bonus is 3 entries. A guest who checks in at 5 of those Stops has 5 entries. A guest who checks in at all 8 Active Stops Completes the Crawl and has 8 + 3 = 11 entries.
  • The Passport is free. The Sponsor may not charge you any fee for the Passport, for check-ins, or for entry in the Drawing.

4C. Free mail-in entry (alternate method of entry)

You can also enter without visiting any Stop and without a smartphone. Hand-print your full name, email address, phone number and mailing address, and the name of the Crawl (Puyallup Holiday Coffee Crawl), on a 3" x 5" card. Mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Hometown Crawls, Attn: Puyallup Holiday Coffee Crawl Drawing
Miracle Studios, Inc.
204 Still Glen Drive
Terrell, Texas 75160

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2026. Each valid mail-in entry receives the same number of entries as Completing the Crawl: 1 entry for each Active Stop, plus the completion bonus of 3 entries. Limit one mail-in entry per person. Mechanically reproduced cards are not accepted. Illegible, incomplete, late, lost or misdirected mail does not count. No selfie is required for a mail-in entry.

4D. Entry limits and fair play

  • One Passport per person. You may not use more than one Passport, email address, phone number, identity or device to get more entries than these Rules allow.
  • A check-in counts only if you were physically at the Stop when you checked in. The following are prohibited: using a QR code or counter code when you are not at the Stop; sharing or posting codes; submitting a selfie that is not yours or was not taken at check-in; and using bots, scripts or other automated means.
  • Entries that are incomplete or fraudulent, or that break these Rules, may be voided at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or the Administrator. This may include all of a person's entries.

5. Prizes

5A. Prize list

To be announced winner(s) will be selected. The prizes are:

To be announced

Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of all prizes: To be announced. Actual value may differ when a prize is awarded.

5B. Who provides the prizes

All prizes are owned, sourced and provided by the Sponsor. The Sponsor decides the details of each prize.

5C. Prize conditions

  • Limit one prize per person. If a person is drawn more than once, that person's later draws are skipped and the next entry drawn is used instead.
  • You are not guaranteed a prize.
  • No cash substitution, transfer or assignment of a prize. Only the Sponsor may substitute a prize, and only with a prize of equal or greater value.
  • Prizes are awarded "as is," with no warranty from the Administrator.

5D. Taxes

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any other costs connected with accepting or using a prize. If a winner's prize is worth $600 or more in ARV, the winner must give the Sponsor a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded, and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV. A winner who does not provide a W-9 forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Odds

Your odds of winning depend on how many entries you earn and on the total number of eligible entries earned by everyone. Each entry is one chance.

7. Winner selection and notification

  • Drawing: On Monday, January 4, 2027, the Administrator's system will run a random weighted drawing from all eligible entries. Each entry is one chance, so a guest with 11 entries has 11 chances. The system will also draw alternate winners, in order, to be used if a winner is disqualified, can't be reached or doesn't respond in time.
  • Notification: Winners will be contacted by email and/or phone, using the contact information on their Passport (or mail-in card), within 7 days after the Drawing. The Sponsor and the Administrator are not responsible if a notice is missed because of spam filters, junk-mail settings, or wrong or out-of-date contact information.
  • Responding: A winner must respond within 7 days after the notice is sent. A winner may also be asked to sign a declaration of eligibility, a liability release and (where lawful) a publicity release, and to provide a W-9 if required (Section 5D). If a winner doesn't respond in time, can't be reached, is ineligible or doesn't return the required forms, the prize is forfeited and the next alternate winner is selected.
  • Prize pickup or delivery will be arranged by the Sponsor.
  • Any violation of these Rules by a winner, as determined by the Sponsor, results in disqualification and loss of the prize.

8. Rights you grant (publicity)

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize you agree that the Sponsor and the Administrator may use your name, city and state, and the fact that you won, in announcements and promotion of the Crawl, without further payment. Winners may be asked to sign a separate publicity release. A winner's selfie or other photo will be displayed only if that winner checked the optional photo display checkbox (see Section 4A).

9. Right to cancel or change the Drawing

The Sponsor and the Administrator may cancel, end early, change or suspend the Drawing if fraud, tampering, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or any other cause beyond their control affects the fairness, security or proper running of the Drawing. In that case, winners may be drawn from the eligible entries received before the problem (and after it, if appropriate). Anyone who tampers or tries to tamper with check-ins, the Passport, the Drawing or the website, or who otherwise breaks these Rules, may be disqualified. Deliberately damaging the website or undermining the Crawl may violate criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor and the Administrator may seek damages to the fullest extent allowed by law.

10. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Administrator and the participating Stops, along with each of their owners, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns (the "Released Parties"), from any liability, injury, death, loss, claim or damage that comes, directly or indirectly, from:

  1. your participation in the Crawl or the Drawing, including traveling to and visiting Stops, or your acceptance, use or misuse of any prize;
  2. technical failures of any kind, including phones, networks, QR scanning, cameras, hardware or software;
  3. unavailable or interrupted internet or phone service;
  4. unauthorized human intervention in check-ins or the Drawing; and
  5. electronic or human error in running the Drawing or processing entries.

Please don't use your phone while driving to or between Stops.

11. Disputes and governing law

These Rules and the Drawing are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that the parties can't resolve must be handled individually (no class actions) and only in a court in Kaufman County, Texas. To the extent allowed by law, you may recover only your actual out-of-pocket costs of entering. You may not recover punitive, incidental or consequential damages or attorneys' fees, or have damages multiplied or increased.

12. Privacy

The information collected when you enter goes to the Administrator and the Sponsor. That includes your name, contact details, check-in records and selfies (and the details on a mail-in card). It is used to run the Crawl and the Drawing, verify entries, and contact winners and award prizes. Your photo is displayed only if you check the optional photo display checkbox.
